You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time, including accounts created with Google.

How to request deletion

1. Contact us on the WhatsApp support number shown on the site.
2. Tell us the email address or phone number registered to your account.
3. We will confirm you own the account, then delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, contact details, ratings and favorites.

What we may keep

Order and payment records that the law or accounting rules require us to keep, separated from your identity as far as possible.

You can also delete your own ratings at any time from your account page.
