Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
By using Qaimati you agree to these terms.
The service
Qaimati is a platform for creating QR-code digital menus for restaurants and cafés, with table ordering, plus link-in-bio profiles and online stores.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your password private.
- Restaurant and store owners are responsible for the accuracy of the prices, items and information they show their customers.
- We may suspend any account that breaks these terms or is used fraudulently.
Subscriptions and payment
- Subscriptions are paid in advance for the chosen term, and your menu stays public for as long as the subscription is active.
- Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.
- You can also pay from the restaurant's wallet: prepaid credit for Qaimati subscriptions only, which can't be refunded as money or moved to another restaurant.
- If a subscription ends without renewal, the menu is hidden from the public and your data is kept.
Orders
Orders placed by customers are between the customer and the restaurant or store; the platform is only a technical intermediary.
Liability
We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Libya.
